Nail and Ear Care

Having your dogs nails trimmed regularly prevents painful splaying and splitting of the nails. We can also file your dog’s nails which will reduce scratches on hardwood floors, furniture and on your arms and legs. This is also particularly good for dogs that live with small children.

Regular ear cleaning is also important. Your dog’s ears can be a haven for bacteria and yeast if not kept clean. Dogs with floppy ears or long hair are even more likely to have ear problems because the ear canal simply does not get much air exposure and is the perfect breeding ground for bacteria.

Nail trimming and ear cleaning is included with all clips and as a $5 add on to our hydrobath service.
